It has been renovated by the owners in Provençal style, with modern comforts. You have a cosy living room with open kitchen and dining area, two spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom with ground-level shower. The covered terrace and the 1,500 sqm plot with lounge seating area, sun loungers and barbecue invite you to relax and enjoy the southern ambience in one of France's most famous wine-growing regions. Bédarrides is a large circular village and is situated on the banks of the river Ouvèze, where picnic areas have been set up. The nearby village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape spreads out at the foot of its fortress. Overlooking the 3,000 hectares of vineyards, you will get a taste of its famous wine here! Discover this beautiful wine-growing region with other famous wine appellations such as Vacqueyras, Beaumes-de-Venise, Gigondas at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail. In a few minutes you can reach a water park and a supervised lake in Monteux, where various sports activities such as canoeing, paddle, pedal boat, fitness can be practised.
