The residence is located 3.5 km. from the center of Evian-les-Bains. The beautiful Lake Geneva is therefore at your feet. This apartment is located in a three-story chalet, accessible by elevator. It is nicely furnished and finished with lots of wood. The living room has a TV and a double sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped including a dishwasher. In the apartment you will also find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bath or shower and toilet and a separate toilet. Outside you will find a terrace or a balcony with garden furniture. There is parking for your car in the general parking lot.
