Comfortable holiday home in a quiet location in a small residential area above the fantastic sandy beach of Binic. An ideal location for a Brittany holiday at any time of year. Highlights are the modern equipment of kitchen and bathroom, the cosy fireplace corner and above all the spacious conservatory, with dining and sitting area, which with its brick barbecue invites you to uncomplicated barbecue meals even outside the height of summer. Further plus points are the private parking space(s), the automatic garden gate, as well as various games for the kids (swing and table tennis table). The small centre of the popular seaside resort and the two beautiful beaches are only a few minutes' walk away. The popular coastal hiking trail GR 34 leads along the harbour and the beaches for many kilometres and always offers breathtaking viewpoints. The Goëlo coast is particularly charming with its high cliffs, small bays, picturesque fishing ports and sandy beaches. The highest cliffs in France are nearby, at the "Pointe de Plouha". A day trip to the beautiful flower island of Bréhat (departure point north of Paimpol) is particularly recommended.
