Description

The house, decorated with three stars and three Wallonian Ears, is centrally located in the small town of Brotte-lès-Ray in the Franche-Comté. It is surrounded by meadows and forests where you can enjoy long walks and go mushrooming. It is an ideal property for nature lovers and families with children, who will get enjoyment out of the playground on the property. Pets are welcome and will love the opportunity for long walks. Outside, there is a 50 m² sunny patio, furnished with wooden outdoor furniture, two lawn chairs and a barbecue. Enjoy the beautiful views over the surrounding fields and meadows from your patio. The 10 x 5 m community pool is shared with the owner (two adults), who live across from the holiday home. The pool is available from May 1st through September 30th. It is heated to a comfortable temperature of 27 °C. The kids will enjoy the playground with a trampoline, a ping pong table and toys. Since the property, as well as the patio is enclosed, this house is ideal for families with children and/or pets. At the front of the house you will find an enclosed yard with a lawn and two parking spots. The detached 150 m² stone house, which offers a community pool, can accommodate up to six people. Upon request, 4 additional guests can be accommodated on two sofa beds. The house can be heated centrally from the ground floor with either the wood burning stove or an electric heater. This is also where the dining room with a large dining table is situated. Additionally, you will find a 27 m² living room with two sofa beds that can accommodate two and a half people each, two recliner chairs, a TV (TNT), a DVD player and a telephone (provider: orange). From here you have access to the furnished patio. The kitchen is furnished with modern equipment, such as, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a raclette and a fondue set. The bathroom boasts two sinks, a shower and a hair dryer. An iron and an ironing board are also available. The toilet is separate. The two bedrooms are located on the top floor. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (1.40x1.90m), a child's cot (1.40x70m), as well as wardrobes and a wall mirror. The second bedroom is furnished with a double (1.40x1.90m) and two single (1.90x0.90m) beds, as well as wardrobes and a desk. The vicinity offers wonderful opportunities for extended walks in the gorgeous landscape. The river Vannon, which runs past the house, offers fishing opportunities. There is also an 18th century chapel with a well and a washhouse. It is six kilometres to the nearest supermarket and two kilometres to the nearest restaurants. Mountain bikes are available upon request (until end of 2020). If the weather is poor, the owner offers beginner's courses in fabric painting or does other crafts with the children (until end of 2020). Internet via WLAN is available throughout the house.
