Quietly situated in the heart of the village, the former dairy has been completely remodeled and tastefully restored. It offers a warm atmosphere combined with superior comfort with a beautiful living area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bright, spacious kitchen, as well as the terrace and the garden are south-facing. Ideal to enjoy sunbathing or pleasant meals surrounded by greenery. The GR223 long-distance footpath, which skirts the entire Normandy coast, is 500 meters from the house. The first beaches can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike (1 km).

The municipality of Carolles, known since the end of the 19th century for its fine, long sandy beach, is a popular seaside resort, ideal for short or long stays, but also an excellent starting point for exploring the surrounding region: the famous Mont St Michel, the port city of Granville, also called the Monaco of the North, or St Malo, the Corsair City, the jewel of the Emerald Coast.
