Description

This holiday home is located three kilometres below Cervione on a small hill. It offers a fantastic view of the islands of Elba und Capria, as well as of the mountain village of Cervione with its quaint pubs and small restaurants. There is an electric grill/barbecue on the terrace. A washing machine and a clothes horse (rotary clothes line) are also available to you. The house is situated on a large property. Nature lovers and sports enthusiasts (cyclists, mountain climbers, swimmers) can spend a wonderful holiday here. The main house is only 100 metres above the bungalow, with a studio (Object Nr. 704664) on the ground floor and the owner's apartment on the upper floor. The owner herself will be on site. The bungalow can accommodate up to six people, has a living space of 65 m², and is well-furnished. It has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and a gallery with mattresses for up to two adults. The gallery is accessed via a fixed ladder. At the heart of the property is the large, fully-equipped kitchen-cum-living room, which offers a coffee machine, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a stove with oven. A large dining table and satellite television round off what is on offer. In addition, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet is at your disposal. You can undertake great cycling tours directly from the house and the sandy beach is only four kilometres away. There are shopping possibilities in Cervione or at the shopping centres in Prunete, Moriani or Alistro. You will be provided with bed linen upon handover of the keys. Pets are welcome. Towels must be brought along. Bed linen must be removed upon departure and the apartment must be swept clean.
