A laundry area with washing machine and dryer is also provided. The ground floor is composed of a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a capsule coffee maker, a kettle open to the living room with a beautiful terrace with mountain view and a lounge with TV receiving several French and foreign channels as well as a DVD player and a large selection of DVDs available.
