On the 80 sqm terrace surrounding the house, which is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture, you can enjoy the fantastic, unobstructed view of the sea at any time of the day. The beautiful beaches of Plouescat (Keremma, Porsmeur) and the white sandy beach of Les Amiets in Cleder are practically the same distance (approx. 4.5 km). An ideal location for your Brittany holiday! Very close by is the picturesque town of Roscoff with its lively harbor, a spa complex known throughout France and its numerous creperies and fish restaurants. You can take the boat to the offshore island of Batz, where there is, among other things, a lush palm garden. Beyond the Bay of Morlaix is the beautiful Pink Granite Coast, which is definitely worth a trip.
