The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming building On the first level, you will have a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom and separate toilet. A single bed is also available for a child. On the second level is the equipped kitchen (microwave, filter and pod coffee maker, fridge, toaster, hotplates), a living area with a wrought iron sofa and coffee table. The apartment has a real asset, it has a large terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the bell tower of Collioure, it is equipped with a table and four chairs for lunch outside as well as a parasol. The apartment does not have parking and is only accessible on foot. Paid municipal parking lots are available throughout the city. Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: EURO 8.00). - High chair rental: EURO 15 per week - Baby bed rental: EURO 15 per week - Wifi box rental: EURO 39 per week The rental must be left clean and in good condition.
