The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of: ? a living/dining room area with television and a double sofa bed, ? an open equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster), ? a bedroom with a double bed, ? a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, ? a separate toilet. ? a parking space is available in the basement of the building with your reservation (private box, maximum height 1.9m width 2m). ? The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with elevator). ?All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay: ? the cleaning will be done, ? the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal, ? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, ? free WIFI connection ? This quiet and residential area has many local shops and is close to the Place des Halles shopping center. ? The apartment has a baby bed (This equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and aged under 3 years).
