In the heart of the Grande Ile de Strasbourg, the GUTENBERG 3 apartment is located in a building built in 1768, located at 12 Rue de la Mésange, on the corner with Place des Étudiants. It welcomes you in a warm and comfortable setting, completely renovated in summer 2022. ? This historic district has many local shops, bars and restaurants. ? The apartment is composed of: ? a living room, bringing together a lounge area (sofa and television), a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster bread), ? a spacious and bright bedroom, with two single beds, ? a bathroom with walk-in shower and washer-dryer, ? a separate toilet. ? The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator. You have the possibility to reserve several apartments in this building. ? The Kleber or Opéra public car parks are 200m away, with a rate of EURO 44 for approximately 24 hours. ?The P2 Sébastopol public car park is 600m away, with a rate of EURO 20 for approximately 24 hours. ?All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay: ? the cleaning will be done, ? the beds will be made with clean sheets, ? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, ? free WIFI connection ? We can provide you with a baby bed, fire safety regulations limit the maximum capacity of the apartment to a total of 2 people (adults, children, babies included). ?Do you want to sleep in a bed measuring 180 cm by 190 cm? The Great Island of Strasbourg, sometimes called the “Island Ellipse”, is the most central and characteristic island of the city of Strasbourg, of which it constitutes the historic center. However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of EURO 60 cleaning costs. ? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations.
