In a warm and cozy setting, discover Alsace, its gastronomy, its great wines, and its history. Ideally located 15 minutes from Colmar, ? from the Parc du Petit Prince and the Ecomuseum of Alsace, but also 30 minutes from Mulhouse and? 40 minutes from Markstein. In a radius of only 10 minutes, a wealth of activities awaits you: ? cabaret, ? spa, ? golf, ? equestrian center, ? hikes, ? restaurants, ? wine cellars etc. ? The gîte is also an ideal starting point for traveling the Alsace wine route or discovering the Vosges massif (Petit & Grand Ballons),? its ski slopes in winter and its lakes in spring and summer. Behind the Franco-German border, about 1 hour 15 minutes away, go on an adventure in the largest amusement park in Europe, ? Europa Park, or enjoy a day in the pretty town of Freiburg. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay: ? the cleaning will be done, ? the beds will be made with clean sheets (bed linen will be at your disposal if you wish to use the sofa bed), ? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel, ?Free WIFI connection as well as TNT. ? A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing set on the ground floor of the house complete the accommodation's amenities. ? A baby cot can be installed upon prior request. ? On the ground floor there is a shared space, where you can find a ping-pong table to enhance your stay. ? Free parking is available 20 meters from the accommodation. House Rule: ? The space on the ground floor is not a garage. Parking and access to motor vehicles is strictly prohibited. Tolerance is made for bicycle parking. ? This apartment as well as all the common areas, including the shared space on the ground floor, are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is strictly prohibited. ? Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of EURO 250 in additional cleaning costs. ? Animals are strictly prohibited. ? Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. ? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of EURO 60 cleaning costs. ?
