? In the heart of downtown Colmar, stay in a 75m² cocoon with a hot tub? just for you, for a weekend, a night or two, come and relax for a moment at the Tussaud apartment. ? Does this apartment have a bedroom with a double bed? completed by an office space?, a large living room with corner sofa?, and a fully equipped open kitchen? (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, classic Nespresso coffee maker). ? The bathroom consists of a shower?, a double sink and a whirlpool bathtub?. The toilets? are separated from the bathroom. ? So that you can fully enjoy your stay, you will have bathrobes, slippers and Rituals toiletries upon your arrival. ?A bottle of Crémant will be waiting for you in the cool, and unbreakable flutes will be at your disposal if you wish to enjoy these bubbles in your hot tub. ?The apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator. ? The whole apartment will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay: ? the cleaning will be done, ? the bed will be made with clean sheets, ? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as bath mats and a kitchen towel ? free WIFI connection ?You can optionally reserve a private parking space in the basement of the building or nearby House Rule: ? Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of EURO 30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation. ? This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of EURO 250 in additional cleaning costs. ? Parties are not allowed. During your stay, you are asked to respect the neighborhood. ? Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities. ? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment for EURO 50 before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of EURO 100 cleaning costs. ? For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded. ? For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a “cleaning during the stay” option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation. ? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation. ?
