It consists of: ? a bright lounge area under a glass roof, ? a terrace nestled between the roofs of Colmar, ? an equipped dining kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster), ? a bedroom with two single beds ? three bedrooms with a double bed each, ? a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, ? ? a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, ? a separate toilet, ?The apartment is on the 4th floor, ? you can take an elevator to the 3rd floor then you will have to take the stairs to the top floor. ? The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid on-street parking area by meter is available nearby. ? The Montagne Verte public car park is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 690 spaces underground (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging). ?You have the possibility to reserve private parking spaces within a radius of 500m around the accommodation. These places are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is required. Price from 12EURO per night, per place. ? You can reserve a space in a secure bicycle storage room in a neighboring building (200m away). ?All the accommodation will be yours.
