The cottage "La Petite Venise" is located on the first floor of an Alsatian house full of charm and authenticity (alcoves, half-timbering, woodwork, etc.) in the heart of the old town and the historic center of the very pretty city ??of Colmar. ? It can accommodate two adults and two children. ?This charming, completely renovated, modern and cozy apartment is equipped with a bathroom with shower?, a small equipped kitchen? (oven, hob and refrigerator), a washing machine, a living area with a 160 cm sofa bed, a flat screen TV, wifi and a spacious bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. ?The apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator. ?This ideal location will make you travel for a weekend or during a longer stay in the heart of Alsace and its traditions, and will invite you to discover the streets of Colmar and its Little Venice, as well as than the Christmas markets for which we no longer have the reputation. Around this magnificent town, you can let yourself live to the rhythm of the wine route and its gastronomy, its great wines and its numerous Alsatian villages. ? The whole apartment will be yours. The Montagne Verte and Rapp public car parks are the closest. You also have the possibility of finding a space in the neighboring streets, with on-street parking, it is paid (parking meter or application) from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. except Sundays and public holidays. ? The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone during certain events (Christmas markets, etc.) in downtown Colmar. A paid on-street parking area by meter is available nearby. ? The Montagne Verte public car park is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 690 spaces underground (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging). ? The Rapp public car park is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 900 spaces underground (maximum height of 2m15, possibility of electric car charging). ?You can reserve private parking spaces within a radius of 800m around the accommodation. These places are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is required. Price from 12EURO per night, per place. ? You can reserve a space in a secure bicycle storage room in a neighboring building (800m away). House Rule: ? Animals are prohibited ? This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of EURO 250 in additional cleaning costs. ? Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. ? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for EURO 30. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of EURO 60 cleaning costs. ?
