L'Alérie Superb bastide with every comfort Private swimming pool, tennis court Wifi, air conditioning 12 to 14 guests, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms In the pure tradition of the bourgeois bastides of the South of France, this magnificent mansion overlooks the surrounding countryside without any vis-à-vis, while remaining close to shops and restaurants. It is set on a wooded plot of 35,000 m2 in terraced areas, with an olive grove of 750 trees, a vineyard field and a forest of oaks and pines. 5 minutes from the idyllic Provencal village of Cotignac (weekly market all year round, flea markets, concerts and open-air film festival during the holiday seasons and 40 minutes from Lac Ste Croix and the Gorges du Verdon. The Bastide offers a surface of more than 350m2 on three levels with very beautiful volumes. Ground floor: By pushing the beautiful wooden entrance door, one discovers, on the right, a small TV lounge followed by a large open kitchen, equipped with all modern comforts and a large table for indoor meals. The kitchen overlooks the main terrace facing east with a large outdoor table for summer meals shaded by majestic plane trees (gas barbecue available). To the left of the front door is a pantry/laundry room; and a bathroom at the foot of a wide staircase to reach the floors. We can accommodate up to 14 people spread over 6 rooms. On the 1st floor, on the right leaving the stairs is a large double bedroom (180x200 bed) with en-suite shower room. On the left, there is a large living room with an open fireplace that serves a beautiful family suite in duplex consisting of a triple bedroom (1 bed 160x200 + 1 bed 90x200) with its en-suite bathroom and a double bedroom (180x200) with its en-suite shower room. A door leads directly to the garden at the back of the house. On the 2nd floor, on the left are 2 double rooms equipped with twin beds (4x 90x200), which share a beautiful bathroom on the landing offering bath and shower. On the right, 1 triple room (1 bed 160x200 + 1 bed 90x200) with its ensuite bathroom. The exteriors For your private use : boules court, large swimming pool, tennis court, tennis table and 3.5 hectares of garden. The swimming pool, which measures 10mx5m, is located a short distance from the house in a garden surrounded by lawn. An alarm allows the safety of the youngest and sunbeds are installed around to enjoy the sunshine. The pool can be heated on request. Extra charges : End of stay cleaning is compulsory, a mid-stay cleaning can be provide with an extra charge.
