Discover this charming semi-detached holiday home with swimming pool, set in a peaceful location in a small village at the foot of the Cévennes mountains, on the borders of the Gard and Ardèche departments. Superbly restored, with its stone walls and exposed beams, this holiday home is particularly bright and welcoming. There's a lovely shaded terrace for barbecuing and, on the property, you'll have access to a lovely swimming pool framed by greenery, to be shared with a second dwelling, as well as a table tennis table. Surrounded by pretty footpaths and close to the lively towns of Bessèges, Les Vans and Saint-Ambroix, the little village of Courry is ideally situated for discovering the region's sights: the Grotte de la Cocalière, one of the 3 most beautiful in France, the Bambouseraie d'Anduze, an exotic park unique in Europe and created in the 19th century, the pretty Bois de Païolive, the extraordinary Chauvet cave, or the Château de Portes, an architectural gem. Lovers of fishing, swimming and cycling will also be delighted by this corner of the Cévennes. Don't hesitate to book this lovely holiday rental in the Gard! NB: it is strictly forbidden to recharge electric and hybrid cars, as the electrical installation is not powerful enough for this.

Tips from owner:
Opposite the cottage, is a grocery store where you can do some shopping. A ban on charging electric and hybrid vehicles. Charging these vehicles could cause a fire. Anyone who does not respect this ban will be held responsible for any damage caused.

Remarks:
Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network
