Description
This two-storey stone house from the year 1925 is on a 3000m² plot of land with a little pond. It was built on the foundations of a former manor house and now serves as an ideal holiday residence for big families or groups of friends. The natural surroundings provide plenty of peace and quiet.
Right by the house there is a furnished terrace with a grill. The house also has an interior courtyard on the north side and a fenced garden (height of fence ranging from 1 to 1.2 metres) on the south side, with an adjoining little pond. It is not suitable for swimming or fishing, but provides a relaxing place to enjoy a beautiful view. ´A cot and a highchair are available. Two comfortable supplementary beds are also available, so the house can accommodate two further people if required.
The house offers 150 m² of renovated living space for a maximum of two to seven people. The ground floor comprises the kitchen, dining room and living room. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, TV and DVD player. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. A second bathroom, which also has a shower and toilet, is accessible from the garden and can therefore be used immediately on returning from the beach. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The first has a 140 cm bed and a small private bathroom with shower and toilet. The second also has a 140 cm bed and the third a 120 cm bed. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. There is also a small sitting room and study on this floor, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Nearby there are beautiful walking paths. It is just 2km to the beaches at St-Jacut-de-la-Mer and the beautiful seaside resort of St-Cast-Le-Guido. There are shops and restaurants in the locality about a kilometre from the house.
