Description

This big holiday house is just two kilometres from the beach and 500 metres from shops and provides ample space for a family or friends for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The house is in a quiet residential district and the street that goes past the house is only used by residents. The house was renovated in 2010 and provides all the necessary comfort for a pleasant holiday. The three big bedrooms, of which each provides two or three beds, provide plenty of space for big families or a group of friends. There are also two cots available. The ground floor has a bedroom with two single beds. On the upper floor there are a bedroom for two people and a bedroom with two bunk beds and a corner bed. The bunk beds are suitable for children from six years old. A small room that serves as a library (with many books for all ages) also has a bed bench with a slatted frame and mattress. Under it there is another bed that can be pulled out, also with a slatted frame and mattress, providing therefore two extra beds. Here there are also many games and toys for children. If you visit in the colder season, then a fireplace in the living room ensures warm and cosy evenings. In summer, on the other hand, you can enjoy the terrace. The living room has a TV, a DVD player with DVDs, a video recorder with cassettes, and board games for all ages. A big table and chairs await you in the dining room. The separate kitchen is equipped with all modern household appliances, such as a gas stove and electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, raclette, waffle maker, crockery and utensils. You can enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the round table with chairs and stools. Everything you need for cleaning, such as a broom, cloths, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products are provided. The bathroom has a bath and is equipped for small children. The upstairs bathroom has a shower. In the garage you can find everything you need for doing laundry: a washing machine, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board. It also has a freezer. The terrace has garden furniture, a grill and deckchairs. The big, enclosed garden that surrounds the house provides a safe place for children to play. The house has Internet access and you can call all landline numbers in France and abroad from the telephone. Bicycles for all ages and helmets are available for use. The house provides everything you need for a baby or toddler on holiday: a cot, a highchair, a baby bath, a baby swing, a carrier, a pram, a bicycle seat, a rucksack, toys, a changing table and a tricycle. In Lanvéoc, about 500 metres from the house, you can find restaurants, a bakery, a butcher, a grocery shop, a tobacconist, a post office, a tourist office, a doctor, a pharmacy, a dentist, a physiotherapist, a hairdresser and a car garage. The supermarkets and discount shops and all other shops are in the centre of Crozon 6km away. Bretagne is a region with a maritime climate, so it can also rain in summer. When it does, the air in the house, as in all houses, can be humid.
