The holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Crozon surrounded by a sunny garden. In front of the house there is ample parking space.


On the ground floor there is the entrance area with wardrobe, a bedroom with double bed (size 140x200) and a guest toilet. Furthermore there is a spacious living and dining area with integrated kitchen. From the living area a door leads to a small terrace with morning sun. From the dining area 2 doors lead to a spacious terrace in south-west orientation.


A wooden staircase leads to the open gallery from which 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds with plenty of room to play. Upstairs there is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.


From the kitchen you enter the former garage where you will find a washing machine, a dishwasher and various terrace furniture. In the garden there is a bricked grill and clotheslines.
