Description

Spacious house in a big sunny garden at the border of a little hamlet overlooking the national park. There is a scenic view from the garden and most of the rooms over the sea and and Pointe de Penhir. There is enclosed parking in the garden. On the ground floor, the house contains a spacious kitchen with a big table, a TV room, a cosy little den with a working open fire place, a spacious dining room as well as bathroom and seperate toilet. On the first floor are four bedrooms. Two single beds and three double beds. The house has oil heating and can be used the whole year round. Further equipment: Coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, cooker, refrigerator with freezer, Garden furniture and barbecue. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. You can reach the big beach of Goulien within 12 min walking distance. There are wonderful foot paths along the scenic coast for long walks. Shopping in the nearby village Crozon (2.4 miles). The beautiful harbours of Camaret and Morgat have several nice little restaurants and shops. There are sailing schools and diving schools in both harbours.
