Description
This house is in a quiet location near Cuillé, on an agricultural estate with organic milk products. The border with Brittany is only two kilometres away.
The 70m² stone house provides ample space for two adults and two children. The ground floor has an open living room-kitchen with a dining space and a sofa. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, toaster, kettle and other electric appliances. Satellite TV and a little library provide entertainment. A fireplace stove creates a homely atmosphere. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washing machine. The first floor has a big bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide), while the children’s room has two single beds (each 90cm wide). A cot and baby bath can be provided free of charge on request.
The big terrace with seating affords a great view. The house also has an enormous lawn with a playground. There is a comfortable bench on the east side of the house with a view of the fields. Another garden seating area, a grill and sun loungers round off the outdoor area.
The owner family lives next door. You can get to know life on an organic farm. The farm has cows, calves, hens, cats and dogs. We and our four daughters are happy to show you the farm and to let you accompany us to gather eggs, stroke the calves or collect the cows from the meadow. The nearest shops, cafés, restaurants, bars and a grocery shop are about four kilometres from the farm.
