This 350 m2 villa will delight you with its authentic Provencal charm in a beautiful 6,000 m2 property around 30 km from Fréjus and Saint Raphaël and 12 km (7 min by car) from Les Arcs-Draguignan station. The floors of the house are paved with terracotta tiles, the bathrooms and kitchens are tiled in a regional style, and the antique furniture and painted wardrobes add to the change of scenery. The rooms are very spacious and charmingly decorated, 3 of the 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the bedrooms in the annex have fans. Several terraces with large tables, armchairs and a wrought-iron lounge provide a shady spot around the house at all times. The swimming pool (9 x 5 m, childproof, salt-treated, so low chlorine content) is in the middle of a large flower-filled terrace slightly below the house, with sun loungers, summer kitchen, dining tables and barbecue. The house is surrounded by an abundance of Mediterranean greenery with olive trees, oleanders and plane mulberry trees and enjoys great peace and quiet.
