This comfortable and tastefully furnished, modern holiday home with a fenced garden and a large south-facing terrace is in a quiet location, just a few minutes walk or bike ride from the huge, fine sandy beach of Gouville-sur-Mer. The seaside resort with a family character is located opposite the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey. In addition to its 6 km long sandy beach and its cultural heritage, visitors and tourists also appreciate the place for its untouched nature and its excellent oysters. The Cotentin coast is ideal for all outdoor activities and is considered a paradise for shell collectors and crab fishermen. There are numerous attractive excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity, such as the cathedral of Coutances, the lively harbor town of Granville and, just under an hour's drive, the famous monastery mountain of Mont St. Michel, which towers over the entire bay and can be seen from afar.
