Description

This large holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in the fishing harbour of Guilvinec. The house has a private, enclosed garden. The two storey house was renovated in 2006 and can accommodate up to eight people. The fully furnished kitchen with a dining table is located on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a living room and a separate dining room with a beautiful dining table and chairs made of dark wood and a matching cupboard. The house boasts a total of four bedrooms. The first bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed. The utility room with a washing machine, a toilet and a shower with a sink can also be found on the ground floor. Three bedrooms are located on the top floor. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds and the third one is furnished with a single bed. The bathroom offers a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The terrace has garden furniture (table and eight chairs), a parasol and three sun loungers. The property is fenced and therefore perfect for children and dogs. A second parasol and many outdoor games are available for the beach. Shopping facilities, the beach and the fishing harbour can be reached on foot. The centre of town, which offers access to the harbour, has a variety of shops and amenities. During the summer months, a market takes place on Sundays and Tuesdays, where many regional specialties are on offer. Don't miss out on many of the free activities, such as Celtic music concerts taking place Thursdays. The vicinity is ideal for long walks and bicycle tours.
