It is independent and restored with great care to build it as a warm and comfortable home which has an undeniable charm and authenticity. There is a vast and beautiful landscaped garden where you can sit and relax while admiring the beautiful environment. The home is ideal for a vacation with friends or families. The town centre is 3 km away from the house where you can shop and eat. The tennis court is 3 km away for fun and frolic. Sports lovers can also enjoy horse riding 1.5 km away. If you like watersports then head 10 km away from the property. Buy the general supplies from the supermarket required for the stay 3 km away. Rent a bike 20 km away and explore the area on your own! This air-conditioning will keep the place cool indoors. You can close the day on the terrace with drink of your choice. The house is part of a hamlet of 4 houses, 3 km from the town center from October 2 to December 31
