Description

The holiday apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floor of a new building in a timber-framed style, in a little village on the Alsace wine route. On the ground floor there is the owners’ wine shop. The apartment has an open view of Ungersberg. You can use the table tennis table in the enclosed courtyard, where you can also park your car. The apartment of around 80m² is on two floors, including the attic, and is suitable for six people. The first floor has an open kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin and a separate WC. You can make yourselves comfortable in the living room on a leather sofa and two leather armchairs in front of the TV with digital channels. The adjoining, open kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and a big dining table. The bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. All the rooms have heating and air conditioning. Wireless Internet access is available free of charge. A cot and highchair can be provided on request. The upper floor under the roof has three bedrooms and another bathroom with a bath, shower, WC and washbasin. The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, the second has a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm, and the third has two single beds. The apartment is perfect for those who would like to explore the Alsace and its wine route with family or friends. The village has three restaurants and everyday shops such as a baker and butcher. There is a little grocery shop about 2km away and a supermarket about 8km away. 424885044
