The generous and fully-equipped kitchen unit provides ample worktop space, a dishwasher, a modern stove with an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment and small electrical appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, as well as a washing machine and plenty of cooking utensils, so you can self-cater conveniently. You can dine together at the adjacent dining table. Behind the dining table there is a comfortable living room with a sofa, a TV and a DVD player for entertainment and sociable evenings. Air conditioning and free wireless Internet access are available. It is 2km to the centre, where restaurants and shops await your visit. There is a tennis court and you can go riding, as well as fishing. There is a swimming pool nearby. The Atlantic coast and the beach are about 50km away. You can go on trips to Bordeaux (88km), Royan with its beach (63km), Cognac (38km) or Angouleme with its late Romanesque cathedral (64km).
