Magnificent 22 square meter studio located in La Clusaz. Array Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost, in order to offer you the apartment at the most competitive price possible. Looking forward to welcoming you! The ** rated studio under the roof is located on the top and 4th floor (elevator to the 3rd floor) in a building in the heart of the village. It is 23m² and includes: - A living room with 2 single beds (90cm) and a convertible sofa (140 cm); - A kitchen area; - A shower room with toilet and hair dryer; It enjoys a view of the slopes. We recommend accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. A ski locker is available in the basement of the building. Facilities: Television, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster; microwave, oven/grill, raclette machine, fondue machine, hair dryer. Parking: Public paid parking at the foot of the building (blue disk). We advise you to park in the "Salon des Dames" car park a few minutes from the apartment. Paid in winter and free in summer/off-season. Childcare: Baby equipment available, contact us; You will stay: - In the center of the village, church square; - 300 meters from the ski lift departures (Giguet and Cret de Merle fields); - 300 meters from the ice rink; - At the foot of a supermarket (Carrefour Montage) for your daily shopping; You can also go on an adventure and discover Annecy, a 40-minute drive away.
