Bright 27m² studio located on the heights of La Clusaz, on the 2nd floor with elevator. It includes: - A living room with a sofa bed; - A mountain corner with 2 single beds; - An equipped kitchenette; - A shower room with WC; You have a balcony at your disposal to enjoy your aperitifs with a view of the slopes. Ski room: In the entrance hall of the building. Facilities: Dishwasher, TV, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, raclette machine, fondue, board games, hair dryer, small additional heater for the off-season. Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost. Parking: A few free parking spaces in front of the building. Childcare: Baby equipment available, contact us. You will stay: - Close to shops, mountain bike and ski rental services, bars, restaurants, shops, ski schools, grocery stores.; - 10 minutes from the Clusaz ice rink; - 5 minutes by car from the Cret de Merle chairlift; - At the foot of the Aravis AQUATIC AREA; - 45 minutes drive from the city of Annecy to set off on an adventure.
