Magnificent traditional chalet for 10 people in old wood and stones of 185 m² on 3 levels with 5 beautiful bedrooms and a large south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture. Located in a quiet and residential environment with a view of the Aravis mountain range, the La Balme ski area and the Beauregard massif. Private parking at the foot of the chalet and in the basement of the chalet (5 spaces). Bedding composition: - 4 double beds - 2 single beds Additional description: Main floor Large living room very spacious and bright with a dining table for 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle), a lounge area with sofa, TV and the magnificent fireplace. Terrace access from the living room. On this floor there is a bedroom with double bed (bedroom 1) with private terrace and private bathroom with walk-in shower, sink. Separate toilet with washbasin on this floor. Upper floor Upstairs, the hall leads to 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and sink, a shower room with shower, sink and toilet and a separate toilet. In front of you are two bedrooms with double beds and access to the South balcony (bedrooms 2 and 3), the first bedroom on the right when exiting the stairs faces North with a double bed (bedroom 4), then on your left when exiting the stairs a bedroom on the East side with two single beds (bedroom 5). Basement Access to the chalet is via the large underground car park which provides access to the main staircase of the chalet (access to the upper floors). In the basement you will find a hall with a bench and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
