The holiday apartment is in a villa in a quiet location, about 8 minutes from Bordeaux, on the baks of the Garonne, near the island Arcins. The apartment features a private terrace with a grill and garden furniture. Guests can use the shared, enclosed garden, the whirlpool and the sauna. There are private parking spaces for cars and motorbikes. The family apartment of around 50m² is suitable for four people. The sleeping area with a double bed 160cm wide is separated off by a curtain. The living room has a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom has a shower and the toilet is separate. Wireless Internet access is available, as well as air conditioning and heating. The apartment is right by the banks of the Garonne, very close to the Roger Lapébie cycle path, ideal for exploring the beautiful Entre-deux-mers area. Bordeaux, the cultural metropolis and a UNESCO world cultural heritage site, is within an 8-minute drive. The large chateaux and cellars are not far away: Saint-Emilion, Pomerol and the Médoc wine route are within 30 minutes. The nearest grocery shop is only about 500 metres away.
