This modern, pet-friendly apartment is located in Les Refuges des Outalays, a charming building complex less than 50m from the ski slopes, offering ideal access to the Charmieux chairlift, one of the main meeting points for the French Ski School (ESF) and the kindergarten. It is also approximately a 20-minute walk from the main shopping street in the village of Chinaillon. Able to accommodate up to 4 people, the apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom and a separate toilet are located in the entrance hallway. The kitchen, equipped with ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, and more, opens onto a very comfortable living room with a television, WiFi, and access to a balcony which offers a magnificent view of the mountains. A parking space is reserved specifically for the apartment. The rate includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats) with the beds prepared for your arrival. End of stay cleaning is also included, although we ask that the apartment is left in a correct condition (beds unmade, bins taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc.). We are delighted to welcome your four-legged friends, making this apartment the perfect option for animal lovers wishing to enjoy the joys of the mountains.
