This apartment is located in a recent building in the style of old chalets which is located at the entrance to the village of Chinaillon/Grand-Bornand (place called La Place). It is 900m from the village center with its shops and restaurants and 100m from the nearest ski bus stop. The slopes are also 900m away (access by car or bus). This luxurious and spacious apartment (92m²), can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and one bedroom with bunk beds. You have two bathrooms, one with a washing machine/dryer and separate toilet. The main living area consists of the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a bay window and a French window on the south side of the apartment which make this apartment very bright and give you access to a balcony. This balcony is half of the apartment and faces due south. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, extractor fan and a fridge with freezer compartment. The dining room, very bright, has a large table and enough space for 8 people. The living room has a large corner sofa, a flat screen TV, a DVD player. An internet connection is possible on request. The price includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). End of stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in a correct condition (beds unmade, trash taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc.) You will have the possibility to use the covered parking and a ski locker.
