Apartment C22 (33m²) is superbly located in the heart of the village of Chinaillon between the ski slopes and the main street of the village, in the Pistes du Soleil C building, built in 2002. This apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 people; ideal for a couple with two children. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and storage, and a mountain corner with a bunk bed separated from the room by a curtain. The main room has a kitchen area, a dining area and a lounge area. The bathroom has a washing machine and the toilet is separate. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge and dishwasher. In addition to a full selection of crockery and kitchen utensils, there is also a toaster, coffee maker and raclette machine. The dining room and living room are equipped for 4 people and tastefully decorated. You have access to a large balcony which is south facing and faces the ski slopes, and which is equipped with a garden table and chairs. The apartment is equipped with a television. It benefits from underfloor heating and convectors in each room. The ski room is accessible from inside the building. The price includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). End of stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in a correct condition (beds unmade, trash taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc.) WIFI connection is possible on request (additional cost).
