The Le Paret apartment is ideally located in the heart of the village of Chinaillon, close to the ski slopes and on the main street of Chinaillon where the shops are located. This apartment can sleep a maximum of 8 people (6 comfortably and 8 thanks to the sofa bed). It consists of a bedroom with a double bed. And a bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4). The main room has a kitchen area and a living/dining area equipped for 6 to 8 people and tastefully decorated. The living room has a flat screen television and a comfortable sofa bed. The shower room and toilet are separate. The shower room has a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. To complete a wide choice of kitchen utensils, there is also a toaster, a coffee maker, a raclette and fondue set. You have access to a large south-facing balcony with a lovely view of the ski slopes. This balcony is equipped with a garden table and chairs. The ski room is accessible from inside the building. There is also a private outdoor parking space. The price includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). End of stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in a correct condition (beds unmade, trash taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc.) Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
