This independent chalet will charm you during your stay, spacious and modern, it has a garage outside that can accommodate one car, it is equipped with a shoe dryer and a wood reserve. You can enjoy the sunny terrace equipped with garden furniture to eat or relax. The ground floor includes an entrance giving access to the kitchen open to the living space as well as a separate toilet and a storeroom with a sink and a fridge in the continuity of the entrance corridor. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped (oven, fridge, etc.) and opens onto the dining and living area. The cozy and warm living room guarantees you beautiful evenings by the fire on winter evenings. The lower floor includes a double bedroom, shower room and adjoining toilet. A bedroom with two single beds equipped with a TV and access to the balcony and a bedroom with a bunk bed. A laundry room is at your disposal equipped with a sink, a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board. You also have a bathroom. The first floor includes a double bedroom with access to the balcony, mountain view, equipped with a TV, a spa bathroom, shower and private toilet, and a second double bedroom with shower room and private toilet. The chalet is rented with linen included and the beds will be made upon your arrival. The chalet is ideally located for discovering the region and its attractions. For your winter holidays it is located 2.4 km from the ski lifts at Chinaillon and 3.2 km from the Rosay cable car at Grand Bornand and 200 m from the bus stop. For your summer holidays it is at the foot of the hiking trails. The price includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). End of stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in a correct condition (beds unmade, trash taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc.) Parties are not allowed in the chalet, thank you for your understanding!
