French Bastide, located in an olive grove

House:
Bastide le Colombier is a beautiful Provencal bastide on a private property of 2000 m², surrounded by old olive trees and with beautiful views and plenty of privacy. You reach the front of the bastide via the driveway through the olive grove. There is ample parking here for several cars. For the children there is a children's house and a slide in the garden. It is about a 5-minute walk to the center of Les Arcs, where you will find the bakery, butcher and various terraces and restaurants. The Hyper Marche of Les Arcs (very large supermarket) is a 5-minute drive away. The region is home to numerous wine chateaux and the famous Provencal markets. The Tuesday morning market in Lorgues is highly recommended! The beaches of Fréjus and St. Tropez are located 35 km away and the cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyers can all be reached within 1 hour. Both the living and dining room and kitchen have large patio doors leading to the terraces and garden. The living room has a lovely seating area with a fireplace and WiFi is available. The luxurious open kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and is fully equipped. The house is heated and cooled through the floor (average 25 degrees) and the bedrooms are provided with plenty of atmosphere and comfort. From the first floor you have a beautiful view of the garden and the swimming pool. The lovely private swimming pool has wide steps where you can relax together with a drink of your choice. Around the pool you will find plenty of sun loungers, parasols and a garden furniture set. The large plane tree near the pool provides the necessary shade on hot summer days. Under the covered terrace next to the kitchen there is a large dining table for 8 people and an outdoor kitchen with an electric plancha.
