The Parc des Airelles residence is located in the heart of Les Orres 1800, ideally situated on the snow front, it allows you to leave and return on skis. Slightly back from the central square of Les Orres, you can enjoy your vacation in complete peace. You will be located a few meters from the departures of the pedestrian, snowshoe or mountain bike trails and 50 meters from the main square of Les Orres 1800 where you can take part in numerous activities and where you will find restaurants, bars, mini-market, delicatessen, a press and a laundromat. You will also have access to the heated indoor swimming pool in the Le Balcon des Airelles residence located just opposite. The swimming pool is only open in season, this summer from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and this winter from 12/07/2024 to 04/12/2025. This studio located at the foot of the slopes has a sleeping area of 33m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. Facing east, it offers a direct view at eye level of the slopes and is also located at the foot of them. You will also have direct access by taking the elevator to level -1 and passing through your private ski box. The apartment consists of an entrance with storage, a sleeping area on the right, a living room - dining room with sofa bed and television, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, and a balcony with garden furniture to watch your children (or your friends) on the slopes, while enjoying your coffee. You will also benefit from numerous amenities present in the accommodation such as: kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, mini oven and raclette machine to enjoy a well-deserved meal together after a long day. For sleeping, you will have the 140x190cm convertible sofa in the living room and the two 80x190cm single beds in the sleeping area. You will therefore be ideally located, directly at the foot of the ski and mountain bike slopes, around a hundred meters from the square and its shops (restaurants, bars, mini-market and regional products, equipment rentals, etc.) and activities, and just a few hundred meters from the hiking trails.
