The Parc des Airelles residence is located in the heart of Les Orres 1800, ideally situated on the snow front, it allows you to leave and return on skis. Slightly back from the central square of Les Orres, you can enjoy your vacation in complete peace. You will be located a few meters from the departures of the pedestrian, snowshoe or mountain bike trails and 50 meters from the main square of Les Orres 1800 where you can take part in numerous activities and where you will find restaurants, bars, mini-market, delicatessen, a press and a laundromat. You will also have access to the heated indoor swimming pool in the Le Balcon des Airelles residence located just opposite. The swimming pool is only open in season, this summer from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and this winter from 12/07/2024 to 04/12/2025. This 33 m² apartment, designed for 4 people, has been nicely redecorated with stone and wood, for a warm atmosphere. Ideally located on the ground floor, it offers direct access to the ski slopes, and is just a few meters from all amenities (restaurant, supermarket, bakery, equipment rental and regional products store). The living room opens onto a balcony, facing east, offering a view of the surrounding mountains. The living room consists of a sofa, a television and an electric fireplace which will immerse you in a relaxing setting to spend beautiful evenings with family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, electric hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave... On the sleeping side, you will have a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm; a sleeping area with two single bunk beds 90 x 190 cm. The sleeping areas are all equipped with quality bedding, storage and a wall-mounted television in the double bedroom. The bathroom with bathtub will be perfect for you to relax after your sports days in the mountains. A separate toilet completes the set. You will appreciate the WIFI Internet connection; unlimited access to the heated indoor swimming pool located in the residence just opposite; as well as a private ski box to store your ski equipment.
