The Parc des Airelles residence is located in the heart of Les Orres 1800, ideally situated on the snow front, it allows you to leave and return on skis. Slightly back from the central square of Les Orres, you can enjoy your vacation in complete peace. You will be located a few meters from the departures of the pedestrian, snowshoe or mountain bike trails and 50 meters from the main square of Les Orres 1800 where you can take part in numerous activities and where you will find restaurants, bars, mini-market, delicatessen, a press and a laundromat. You will also have access to the heated indoor swimming pool in the Le Balcon des Airelles residence located just opposite. The swimming pool is only open in season, this summer from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and this winter from 12/07/2024 to 04/12/2025. Very nicely redecorated, this warm 36 m² apartment has been well designed to offer you all the comfort of a stay in the mountains with family or friends! The living room consists of a lounge area with sofa and a very well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, hob, fridge, raclette machine... The dining table can accommodate 7 guests to share mountain specialties with those you love. You will love the view of the slopes and mountains from the east-facing balcony; where you can enjoy sunny breakfasts! Designed for 7 beds, you will have a master bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 cm double bed with a wall-mounted television; a second bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm single bunk beds. In the living room, the sofa transforms into a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a 90 x 190 cm single bed completes the whole. After your sporting days, you can relax in a relaxing bath since the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The toilet is separate. You will be ideally located, in the heart of Les Orres 1800, less than 150 meters from all amenities: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski shops and ski schools... Departure is on skis from the residence's ski locker! A private ski locker and unlimited access to the heated indoor swimming pool located in the residence opposite are included with this accommodation.
