Located in the heart of the historic resort of Les Orres 1650, this luxury residence offers you an exceptional panorama of the Embrun valley and its mountains. Thanks to its 19-metre high footbridge, you will reach the snow front and its chairlifts in just a few steps. When you return from the slopes, you can enjoy a good fire in the fireplace or a game of billiards with friends, without forgetting the solarium on which you can enjoy the almost daily sunshine in the Hautes-Alpes. This 2-room apartment has a generous surface area of 39m² and can accommodate up to 5 people. Facing south-west, it offers you a magnificent view of the mountains thanks to its sunny balcony located on the 4th floor of the residence, where you can already imagine yourself reading a book or having a coffee. The fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, has a dishwasher, microwave grill and all the necessary kitchenware to allow you to spend pleasant evenings with family or friends. For sleeping, you can choose between a bedroom with 2 twin beds 2x80*190cm equipped with a TV, or a 2-person pull-out sofa bed 2x80*190cm and a 1-person bench seat 80*190cm in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub, for a relaxing moment after your favorite activities. Located in the heart of the 1650 resort, you can enjoy your holiday without stress, less than a hundred metres from the slopes, shops (mini-markets, bakery, souvenir shops), restaurants and various activities on offer (mountain biking, board sports, super zip line, tree climbing).
