Located at an altitude of 1800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood and stone residence offering a magnificent panorama of the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding mountains. Right in the geographical centre of the Orres 1800 resort, it is ideally located opposite the tourist office, and the ESF and ESI offices and just a few steps from the start of the slopes and hiking trails. The daycare centre will also be just a few hundred metres away to drop off your little ones. You will find modern and pleasant accommodations there, sleeping 4 to 10 people, all with a balcony overlooking the valley or the slopes and peaks. Le Balcon des Airelles has a beautiful heated indoor swimming pool that will welcome young and old non-skiers. The swimming pool is only open in season, this summer from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and this winter from 12/07/2024 to 04/12/2025. The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rental if required. This 2-room apartment of 33 m² and facing west is located slightly back from the central square of the Orres 1800 resort for a peaceful stay. It is accessible from the main entrance of the residence by taking elevator 1. It has an entrance with storage, a living room with sofa bed and television, a dining room - equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub as well as a balcony offering a view of the resort, the valley and the peaks. For sleeping, you will find a 140 x 190 cm convertible sofa in the living room as well as a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the bedroom, for a capacity of 4 people. You will be located less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, but also from the departures of the ski slopes, and in summer only a few hundred meters from the mountain bike trails and the first hiking trails.
