The residence has a magnificent heated indoor swimming pool with whirlpool and outdoor terrace to enjoy the sun, in all seasons! The swimming pool is open only in season, this summer from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and this winter from 12/07/2024 to 04/12/2025. You can also order bread and pastries every morning in the communal lounge. This 2-room apartment facing east will seduce you with its very warm and modern decoration. With 30m² of surface area, it is perfectly suited to accommodate 2 people.
