Located on the heights of the Orres 1800 resort, you will be in a peaceful location to enjoy your vacation in peace. You will be just a few steps from the departures of pedestrian/snowshoe or mountain bike trails and 200 meters from the departures on the ski slopes and the heart of the resort with its many shops and activities. You will certainly appreciate the heated indoor swimming pool and its jacuzzi for a moment of relaxation with family or friends. The swimming pool is open only in season, this summer from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and this winter from 12/07/2024 to 04/12/2025. This duplex apartment, designed for 6 people, will be the ideal accommodation for your family vacation. Located on the first floor of the residence, on the heights of Les Orres 1800, it benefits from direct access to the heated indoor swimming pool, by elevator. On the ground floor, you will have an entrance as well as a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed, offering storage space as well as a private balcony facing east. Upstairs, the living room decorated in a mountain style that combines stone and wood, consists of a lounge with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed and a wall-mounted television; as well as a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue set, microwave, fridge with freezer, etc. You will appreciate the electric fireplace for a warm atmosphere and the dining table that can accommodate up to 6 guests, a promise of convivial meals. The balcony offers a 180° view of the resort and the surrounding mountains and you can also see the ski slopes on the east side. Still upstairs, the sleeping area is equipped with two single bunk beds 90 x 190 cm. A child barrier secures the stairs. You will also have a bathroom with bathtub; and a separate toilet. You will be located 200 meters from the start of the ski slopes and hiking trails; as well as close to the shopping square of Les Orres 1800 where you will find restaurants, a mini-market, ski equipment rentals, local produce and souvenir shops.
