This charming residence is located in a historic building, a former grain mill from the 19th century. It is only about 650 meters away from the medieval center of the royal town of Loches. The cozy apartments have a terrace or balcony and you can swim a few lengths in the partially covered swimming pool from April to November. From Loches you can reach the castles of Chenonceau and Amboise in 30 minutes by car - but Loches itself also offers an exciting view of 500 years of history with its unique ensemble of buildings. Loches is not just a castle, but a Cité Royale (royal city) and one of the best-preserved medieval fortresses in Europe. Stroll through the cobbled streets in the footsteps of Joan of Arc, Richard the Lionheart, Anne of Brittany and Agnès Sorel and climb the tower to enjoy the panorama of the city.
