House:
Surrounded by rural greenery and along a quiet road between Lorgues and Saint-Antonin-du-Var, the beautiful Villa des Trois Palmiers is located on a 1700 m² estate with a jeu de boules court and palm trees. Once through the electric entrance gate, there is room for about 4 cars. Lorgues is a charming Provencal village in the heart of Provence's famous wine region. It is an ideal destination for travelers looking for peace and relaxation in a picturesque setting. The village is known for its medieval architecture and narrow streets, where you can find numerous boutiques, restaurants and cafes. There are also numerous historical sights to discover, such as the Romanesque church and the castle ruins. The arrival hall leads to a large living room with lots of light and direct access to the terrace area and swimming pool. The simple interior makes everything look spacious and there is a seating area with white seats and a spacious dining table. Next you will find a fully equipped kitchen for preparing a delicious meal. The master bedroom is located on the south with a beautiful view of the pool and one of the bedrooms is ideal for the children. The house is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor cooling. Both systems can be turned into a heating system on colder days. The covered terrace with a nice outdoor table provides the necessary shade, you can organize cozy barbecues and enjoy sunny days in or around the pool on the comfortable sun loungers. Switching on the swimming pool heating is always done on request and for a fee and is only possible outside the summer months. During the months of July and August, the water itself has a wonderful temperature.
