This newly built, detached house located in the hills about 1 km from town, offers views over the surrounding area. It is not fenced in, but surrounded by trees (oak and olive trees). On the ground floor, there is a living room with a television, DVD, stereo, 2 sofas, 3 armchairs and cushions and a dining room, which grants access to the 58 m² patio and the garden. The kitchen is furnished with an oven, a microwave, a four burner induction cooker, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker and a toaster.
