House:
Charming country house, idyllically situated on a typical Provençal estate. It consists of two living units sharing a 3000 m² unfenced plot. From your private terrace you have a beautiful and unobstructed view of the shared, well-kept garden plot. Two further terrace areas are available for relaxation or uncomplicated barbecue evenings. The elongated building has been tastefully and comfortably renovated. The natural stone walls preserved inside, the impressive vaulted ceilings and the cosy fireplace corner spread a special ambience. A second living room with TV, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower are on the upper floor. One of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom and a wide balcony terrace with a beautiful view of the lovely garden. A private parking space is available next to your accommodation. The picturesque village of Lussan is one of the most beautiful villages in France: stroll along the cobbled narrow streets and treat yourself to a refreshment in the shade of a hidden terrace. The Ardèche region, so popular with nature lovers, is practically on your doorstep. Here you can indulge your thirst for adventure: Canoeing, rafting and canyoning are on the daily programme. Idyllic villages like La Roque-sur-Cèze and Aiguèze surround you. The village of Méjannes-le-Clap, 10 km away, offers a variety of leisure activities: Cycling, horse riding, tennis, mini golf, outdoor swimming pool. The nearby charming villages of Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie and Uzès are definitely worth a visit. Numerous Provençal shops tempt you with regional specialities. Buses will take you from Uzès to the cultural city of Nîmes, where there are numerous Roman monuments. Kids will love a visit to the Haribo candy factory (23 km) and the water park "La Bouscarasse" (24 km). The impressive aqueduct "Pont du Gard" is also a feast for the eyes, a beautiful setting for swimming or canoeing. In Anduze, famous for its typical pottery, the extensive, beautifully laid out bamboo park "La Bambouseraie" awaits you, where the little slow train through the Cévennes also departs. The mountains are criss-crossed by deep rocky gorges, an ideal place for cyclists and nature lovers.
