Nice duplex apartment with direct access to the beach. The apartment is on the first floor of a small residence. From the balcony and the living room, you enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. You have a closed bedroom with a double bed and a second sleeping area on the mezzanine, with two single beds. The garden in front of the residence is at your disposal for common use and, especially in high season, the private parking space is an additional asset. The town of Mesquer is known for its beautiful beaches and salt marshes. An ideal location on the border between Brittany and Loire-Atlantique. The surrounding ports, Piriac (7 km), La Turballe and Le Croisic are often attributed to Brittany. In fact, they sit on the border between Morbihan, the southernmost Breton department, and the slightly lesser-known Loire-Atlantique. Typical low buildings, with granite-framed windows and hydrangeas blooming in magnificent colors, define the landscape around the idyllic salt marshes, renowned for the quality and rich taste of their sea salt. the Côte Sauvage, on narrow customs paths to Pouliguen, a very popular and very family-friendly seaside resort. Just opposite, the fashionable seaside resort of La Baule (20 km) offers a huge range of leisure activities.
